El estudio busca comprender c\u00f3mo se dio su reinserci\u00f3n laboral, considerando las trayectorias migratorias previas, los recursos disponibles y las oportunidades del entorno al que volvieron. A partir de entrevistas y relatos de vida, se identificaron ciclos migratorios y laborales, expectativas y estrategias para acceder al trabajo o emprender negocios. Los resultados muestran condiciones de retorno diversas, con reinserciones favorables, soportables y desfavorables. La investigaci\u00f3n propone una tipolog\u00eda de estrategias, s\u00f3lidas, de reacomodo y endebles, que reflejan distintos niveles de vulnerabilidad frente al mercado laboral. Adem\u00e1s, incluye un panorama nacional con datos cuantitativos sobre las caracter\u00edsticas sociodemogr\u00e1ficas y laborales de la poblaci\u00f3n retornada.
