A trav\u00e9s de mesas de discusi\u00f3n, talleres y actividades culturales, el Congreso abord\u00f3 temas como la influencia de las pol\u00edticas migratorias globales en las migraciones inseguras, las formas de violencia estructural que atraviesan a poblaciones vulnerables y la necesidad de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas preventivas y de atenci\u00f3n integral.
